Pilates Classes

Pilates can help improve posture, health and overall fitness. It can rehabilitate after injury, surgery or illness. It can better mobilise your body, expand body awareness and proprioception, lower stress levels and help you to live a happier life. It can also help you to reach specific physical goals and is perfect for anyone with sporting/fitness goals.

Book into a group pilates class either mat or equipment classes. One to one pilates classes. Pelvic floor classes.

Classes take place at The Oast In Sittingbourne.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a service offered for anyone experiencing pain in their body, either through injury, stress or would just like a nice experience.

Sports massage will drain the lymphatic system, removing toxins and allow the body to be able to function better. Specific injuries may require a course of sports massage and Rebecca will be able to advise if further treatment or a referral to an osteopath or GP is required.

Rebecca has trained in a variety of methods and is able to tailor the sports massage to the individual's needs.
